Independent Senior Living Homes are housing arrangements designed exclusively for older adults, generally those aged 55 and over, living together in  single-family detached homes. In general, the housing is friendlier to aging adults, often being more compact, with easier navigation and no maintenance or yard work to worry about.  Residents include older individuals who DO NOT require assistance with daily activities or 24/7 skilled nursing, but may benefit from convenient services, age-friendly surroundings, and increased social opportunities that communal independent senior homes can offer.  Independent Senior Living homes generally have shared rooms and some private rooms available for rent, and share common spaces like bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room.  These Homes are privately owned and operated, and they are NOT licensed by the State of Nevada, Health and Human Services Division.   Although it is our purpose to bring you to the best variety of services and products available in Southern Nevada, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided by the following companies.  The decision as to which companies you choose to use remains with you.  We encourage the public to research your choices  thoroughly and schedule an in-person TOUR  with the property owner on-site before signing any rental agreements.
